Anyone caught causing offense in our chat rooms will be immediately deleted from our user database.
If User/Third party developer/Indie Developer see or witness anyone causing offense in our chat rooms, please inform us and provide us with some kind of evidence (e.g. a snapshot of the screen containing the chat window).
Certain links on the site may lead to resources located on servers maintained by other parties over whom we have no control. We accept no responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on these servers. We strictly prohibit any uploads of pornographic images or any other irrelevant information about the user. We also strictly prohibit any uploads of virus files from the user. The user, if he wishes, can submit his own image but not the image of the other.
